Both are on the invoice Stripe emailed you, at the top.

Signed in with the unlimited plan? You can also withdraw or cancel from Your plan.

What applies to what you bought

  • The unlimited plan: you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason. The plan ends at once and your first payment is refunded in full.
  • A single report: you asked for it to be delivered immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once it was, so there is no right left to exercise. The page says so, with the date of that consent. Refunds we give anyway are set out in Refunds and Right of Withdrawal.

You may also withdraw by email to hello@aurenix-cl.com, or with the EU model withdrawal form. Every way counts the same.

What happens to what you enter

The email address and the invoice number are used to find your purchase at Stripe and are not stored by us. The moment we receive a withdrawal is recorded with the payment at Stripe, and the confirmation is emailed to the address on the invoice.
